Charities & Community Service

As a socially responsible firm, it is a top priority of Chanin Development, Inc. to give back to the community through charitable donations and community service. This commitment has developed into an extensive involvement with Habitat for Humanity and support of education through a variety of scholarship funds. Jim Chanin is currently a director on the boards of Habitat for Humanity, Rollins College, and the Boulder Economic Development Council, and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association.
